🍴:
Mon – simple lemony pasta with bay scallops, salad
Tues – pork tenderloin with house Brussels (shredded with bacon, goat cheese, and currants) with mash
Wed – out before my final dress and Hampton met up with friends downtown
Thurs – stir fry with leftover grilled chicken
Fri – leftovers/grazing
Sat – a redux on Tuesday to use up the second tenderloin in the pack and the rest of the bag of Brussels with Hampton’s friend Matt.

Sun – NGL, this might be the best risotto I have ever made. We used Rancho Gordo cassoulet beans and topped with some portobello slices leftover from a work meeting.
🥃: I had my first glass of wine all week tonight — a Two Wolves rosé. So worth it.
🐶: once again, no one is ever as comfy as the Libbydog.

📚: Hedwig is sucking up most of the oxygen right now, but I’m almost finished with Gods & Comics and it is adorkable. Love the conflicted, perfectionist Korean-American lead and the fact that she has a non-binary bff who’s written so smoothly.
🎭: WE’RE OPEN!

Year Three is our biggest and best yet, and the audiences have been amazing. Including a friend from back Home in PA who now lives in Durham. His wife is a Hedwig superfan and it was fantastic having them here.

Ok, well, four 🤪 Vaguely less terrified this week.
Vaguely.
Stay tuned!
