🍴:
Mon – chili with all the Rancho Gordos because ice day.
Tues – Chicken and Rice Bake with olives, capers, artichoke hearts, and feta.
Wed – Margarita Shrimp with Pesto Zucchini Orzo with Charred Sweet Corn.

Thurs – pork chops with Caramelized Sweet Potato and Kale Fried Wild Rice.

Sat – Peposo with polenta and our regular arugula salad for another snow day. Never mind we first ate this during a heat wave, pure comfort food.
Sun – roasted delicata squash stuffed with Italian sausage, kale, mushrooms, golden raisins, pine nuts, mimolette, and goodness knows what else. Ripped off so many recipes, I can’t share any of them.
🥃: why yes, yes it did take three days of working from home for it to click that Hampton brought home a refill box of green tea for my office before the ice storm. So I could have been drinking green tea all day as per usual….

📚: I really thought I would get much more read stuck at home this week with no rehearsals and not even my usual short commute — but instead my revenge bedtime procrastination took the form of the one logic game I’m still allowed on my phone.

I hate it and I feel gross.
🎭: Back-to-back weekends of winter storms meant the first weekend of The Seagull was lost to the blowing winds and inches of ice and snow. As long as the potential upcoming midweek storm doesn’t hit here on Wednesday, we will get three whole performances. There is more I would like to say about how all this has been handled, but…

I can say that this cast has been putting in such good work, it would be a dang shame to not sell out this one weekend. Tickets here.
And, of course, two different Mystery Men shows are still in the works. Upcoming shows are always found here.
