other duties as assigned

I try not to talk about my day job because I don’t want them held responsible for the things I say politically or the things I do theatrically. But this time: they asked me to do something theatrical. So this is on them. I just directed my first readers theater-style show: there was limited staging and everyone had scripts. It was a bit odd, trying to figure out just how much to direct the people who pay my salary… but altogether, my readers said they had fun and the audience was responsive — and full! We ran out of the programs I made as part of my secretarial duties. Many props to my events team —  we even had a video projection as part of the production! #ittakesavillage
