Another two weeks another “where the heck did those two weeks go?”. It’s been a bit of a blur as I dealt with some back and stomach issues. You know, after I tweaked my knee and got the cold from heck not too long ago. I’m starting to believe I’m related to the biblical Samson

🍴: Mon – We had beet tops, so planned a meal around a borani. Rack of lamb with all the Mediterranean/SWANA spices, pomegranate molasses-glazed carrots, and sauteed zucchini. 🍴: Mon – There were tiny toasts leftover from a crostini bar at a work event last week, so we topped some with shaved beef we simmered in a delicious MacGyvered up leftover bean broth (or “beanjuhs”, as we like to say, a la Baby Billy), topped with spme Swiss cheese, and a horseradish crème
