Last month, I took part in my first photo-a-day challenge on Instagram. Self care isn’t something I usually have much trouble with, given that I have no problem saying no to things in order to maintain my natural couch potato state, but it was neat to track it for the month and search through my Pins to find the perfect way I wanted to note each day.
